WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS?

Defective STR8 5IRE

Your STR8 5IRE will be considered defective if they are received damaged or when a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of receipt. In such instances, all related shipping fee will be covered by us.

We cannot offer exchange or accept returns if the damage was caused as a result of your mishandling or from wear and tear.

In the event you need to exchange or return your STR8 5IRE, email us at help@str85ire.com and an Exchange or Returns Form will be sent to you. Along with the Exchange or Returns Form, we will provide you the details on how to complete the process.

Change of Mind Exchanges and Returns

We are able to accept any exchanges and returns due to 'Change of Mind’.

Two way shipping fee & admin fee will be charged.

Size exchange

Please refer to Q&A information for some sizing tips before you request Size Exchange. It may help you to save time and money.

If you still wish to do an exchange for size, we will be glad to assist you with it. Two way shipping fee will be charged.

DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES OR TAXES?

You may be required to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date, depending on the requisites of your customs authority.
